We’re so proud of our build quality that if you find any issue, we’ll pay to have it fixed.

DIALLED DELIVERY
You’re in control. We’ve partnered with Hunter Express to deliver bikes all around Australia with their Home Direct+ service which lets customers choose their own delivery time with live updates all the way.
Prefer to pick up? You can collect orders including your fully assembled bike from Ride In Workshop, Brookvale NSW.
4-STEP ASSEMBLY
Set saddle height, fit and adjust handlebars, install front wheel, thread in the pedals and you’re on (or off) the road. All tools and detailed assembly instructions are provided for your simple DIY assembly.

21-DAY TEST RIDE
Buying a bike online can be daunting; sizing, wheel options, handling. We'll do our best to help you make the right decision, but to let you buy with confidence we offer a 21-Day Test Ride. If you're not stoked with your bike, simply contact us within 21 days of receiving it and we’ll give you a full refund for the cost of the bike and we’ll even cover the return freight. We detail the eligibility requirements in our Returns Policy.
PURCHASE & RETURNS5-YEAR FRAME WARRANTY
We've gone to great extents to ensure the frames and components that make up Grove bikes are fit for purpose. Light weight has been a priority for us, but not at the expense of strength and durability. Our R.A.D frames are crafted from 6069-T6 aluminium which boasts 25% higher tensile strength than AL 6061-T6 plus superior fatigue strength and fracture toughness. Carbon is used sparingly, in regions like forks where high strength with ride compliance is key and impacts from catapulted rocks is less likely. Our frames and forks exceed ISO Road and MTB standards so you can ride the road less travelled with confidence.
