Payment / Shipping / Returns


We accept payment with Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards via Shopify Payments.
Alternatively, if you’d prefer to not pay with Credit Card, we can accept payment via Bank Deposit. Simply select this payment option at Checkout and then manually process your payment. Email through your payment receipt and we’ll get onto preparing your order immediately so it can be dispatched ASAP once the payment is received in our account.


We take our impact on the environment seriously, so all Grove products are packaged with sustainability in mind; REDUCED, REUSABLE or RECYCLABLE. Please consider our environment when disposing of your packaging.

For now, we ship product all around Australia. If you’re overseas and interested in our products, please send us an email and we will look into appropriate international shipping options.


All orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days pending item availability and payment verification. Because we’re a small operation, sometimes it might take a few extra days, but we try to stay on top of things. You'll receive an email when you place an order and another when it ships.

Bikes and Wheelsets

Grove’s Dialled Delivery puts the customer in control. We’ve partnered with Hunter Express to deliver bikes all around Australia with their Home Direct+ service which lets customers choose their own delivery time windows including the possibility of weekends and after hours. SMS and email notifications keep you updated.

The cost of delivery varies by delivery address.

Small Parts

Small parts are shipped with Australia Post. Postage options are provided at Checkout.


21-Day Test Ride

If you're not stoked with your bike, simply contact us within 21 days of receiving it and we’ll give you a full refund for the cost of the bike and we’ll cover the return freight.

To be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the bike, customers must keep all the original packaging, ensure the bike is cleaned as best as possible and package the bike up securely as it was delivered to ensure there is no damage during return freight. Please note we cannot offer refunds on bikes that have suffered from crash damage but standard wear and tear from a few weeks of riding is ok.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund initial shipping fees from Grove to the customer nor refund any used/fitted accessories, so be sure to remove any accessories before packaging and returning the bike.

Non-Bike Returns 

If for some unfortunate reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within 21 days of the date it was received. The item needs to be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at and let us know which item you are returning. We ask that you include a note including your order number. All returns will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping fees or provide return shipping at this time. 

Exchange policy

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.  

On a more personal note, we take our relationships with our customers very seriously. We’re a new, small, independent company that relies on our customers' referrals to grow. If you have any issues, just get in touch. We may not have the speed and manpower of big corporations but we’ll work bloody hard to do our best by you.
